Care in Movement is a small independent business. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if you share one), the services you're interested in, your role (participant, carer, or support coordinator), and what you write in the message.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and arrange support if you proceed. Submissions are stored in our form provider (Netlify) and emailed to connect@careinmovement.com. We don't sell or share your details with third parties.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals. It gives us aggregate page-view counts only.

Marketing emails

If you opt in via our contact form, we may use your email address to send you occasional updates about Care in Movement — news, events, or things we think might be useful. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing connect@careinmovement.com and we'll remove you promptly. We will never send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any information you've sent us at any time by emailing connect@careinmovement.com.
