Our rates follow the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. No hidden fees — just honest support.
Who we work with
We support plan managed and self managed NDIS participants. NDIA-managed (agency managed) participants need a registered provider — that's not us yet, but it's on our roadmap.

Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation

Personal training
Improved Health and Wellbeing
- 1:1 personal training — gym, outdoor or home visit
- Programs built around your goals, ability and routine
- Fitness, confidence and healthy habits that last
Personal training under the NDIS is funded at $67/hr per the Price Guide. Our programs are usually planned in 5–10 session blocks, so your plan manager knows what to budget for. Ultimately we love to see participants all year round, with each block reviewed and adjusted as their goals, confidence and routine grow.

Ask about PT pricingDo you charge travel fees?
We're based in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. Travel within our service area is generally included. We'll be upfront about anything extra before you commit.
What about cancellations?
Under the NDIS cancellation policy, short-notice cancellations (under 7 business days) may be charged — but honestly, 3 days notice is all we ask for. We know life happens. At the end of the day we're just focused on getting the best outcomes for our participants.
