§ 03 — Why movement

The name is literal.

Getting out, moving, and doing — playing tennis, on a walk, hitting the gym, or browsing the shops — changes how people feel and what they can do.

Fitness is the differentiator, not the limit. If a participant's goal is a craft class, strategic board game or day trip, that's the shape the support takes.
